Larry E. Goldman, CCIM

From working at the prestigious Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate to opening his own practice in 2020, Larry has represented commercial real estate clients large and small for nearly 30 years. He acquired the pretigious CCIM designation in 1991 while active in the Kansas City office market. In 1998, Larry was sought after to become the broker affiliate for Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas. Larry takes pride in providing value-added service that is driven by long-term relationships and has been an active commercial real estate agent since 1986 and a CCIM since 1991.

Brian L. Goldman

Brian Goldman offers consultations on real estate portfolio diversification, acquisition/disposition, site selection, creative financing strategies, property and business valuation, and investment property stabilization.

Brian’s diverse professional background and his experience in investment property sales, operations and development have enabled him to hold a unique, unmatched entrepreneurial perspective to best satisfy the needs of his clients in the domestic and international arenas.

Derek Arnold

Derek Arnold is experienced in working on industrial real estate transactions since 2021. He specializes in the sales and acquisitions of self-storage properties. He also has experience in representing clients as a landlord, tenant, buyer, and seller rep in transportation style properties as well as Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) assets.

Derek is licensed in Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. When he is not working in real estate, he enjoys playing basketball and golf and hanging out with his sons Deacon & Dominic and wife Mary.
