Larry E. Goldman, CCIM

From working at the prestigious Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate in the 90’s to evolving his own consulting practice into a modern brokerage company in 2020, Larry has represented commercial real estate clients large and small for nearly 30 years.

In 1998, Larry was sought after by ARGUS Self Storage Advisors (formerly ARGUS Self Storage Sales Network) to become the broker affiliate for Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Southern Illinois.

Larry takes pride in providing value-added service that is driven by long-term relationships and has been an active commercial real estate agent since 1986. In 2001, Larry was awarded Salesperson of the Year by Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate.

Larry acquired the pretigious CCIM designation in 1991 while active in the Kansas City office market. He served as President of the Kansas City Chapter of CCIM in 2002, and was a Regional Director/Board Member of the CCIM Institute in 2006.

In 2003, Larry acquired his first self-storage facility in Kansas City, Kansas — a 700-unit, 90,000 SF facility in a value-add transaction. His ownership has provided him with a new perspective in better understanding self-storage properties and the needs of owners and operators. In 2008, Larry became President of the Kansas Self Storage Association and expanded his territory to encompass Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Central/Southern Illinois.

Larry is currently the President of the Kansas Self Storage Owners Association, and is also actively involved in the Missouri and Arkansas self-storage trade associations.
